Mohamed Khaled KARKOURI
CASABLANCA
Born in 1967, living and working in Casablanca.
His masterful still-life painting technique verges on hyperrealism, while the exceptional choice of subjects and composition testify to the artist's great sensitivity. Many of his works are in private collections.
Thanks to his academic training, Karkouri leaves nothing to chance. Everything is studied, right down to the last touch. His creative background, combined with an academic position, has reinforced his status as a born researcher and observer. Hence the meticulous execution of his work, which has earned him a rich record of exhibitions in Morocco and abroad.
