The color in Mohtaram’s artwork flows over the richness of its counterbalanced gradients simply through few marks of white and blue. The faces and the life become rarefied to make room for the letter. The life is evoked only by some traces and some artificial lights which do not exist either in the garden of the imaginary. They come from a place inside his head, a very private realm where he wander alone in search of the absolute.
